The story of our rescue’s benefactors is long, humorous, touching, uplifting—and at times a little scary, given the challenges they faced—but above all, it is a joy to tell. In short, it begins in 1991, when Gary and Suzanne Bryant were married in Palm Desert, California. At the time, Gary was the owner and president of Newport Capital Consultants, and Suzanne was the owner and president of SKB Designs, an interior design practice.

After many years of marriage and professional success on the West Coast, the Bryants made the decision in 2009 to return home to Texas, settling in Bartonville. Their original plan was to enjoy a comfortable retirement, spending their later years loving and breeding border collies. However, once back in Texas, they quickly realized they were being called to do more.

Witnessing the overwhelming number of animals in need and the strain on local shelters, the decision to help was made instantly. From that moment, BNoble Farms Rescue Foundation for Animals—a 501(c)(3)—was born.

Since 2003, the Bryants devoted their finances, time, energy, and hearts to helping animals of all kinds. Horses, donkeys, mules, dogs, cats, geese—and even a few humans—have all found safety, care, and love as part of the BNoble family.

In March of 2024, Gary Bryant was laid to rest by those who loved him deeply.

We lost our beacon, and we miss him every day. We are forever grateful—in our hearts, minds, and souls—for the foundation Mr. Bryant built for this rescue and for all those who work with and for it.

Following Gary’s passing, Suzanne became the sole provider for the rescue. Her strength and determination inspire us daily as she takes on the challenge of continuing BNoble’s mission on her own. We have unwavering faith that BNoble will remain a place where animals in need are welcomed, protected, and loved.
